Frequently Asked Questions

You should get treatment as soon as possible. Doing so increases your chances of getting back on track soon. You will also get a better understanding of the severity of your injury when you consult with a chiropractor right away.

There's no need for that. You can contact a chiropractic clinic and set an appointment right away. However, if you have any pre-existing conditions that may affect your treatment, it's best to consult your physician beforehand.

We recommend you forego any training while you're receiving treatment. We understand you need to keep your athletic performance at an optimum level, but risking training while you're in session could worsen your condition and extend your treatment and recovery period.

Definitely! Our treatment regimen focuses on rehabilitating the affected areas of your musculoskeletal system, but we also aim to improve your recovery so you can give your best.

It depends on your insurance provider. We suggest you contact them to check your coverage before setting an appointment.

What Our Patients Say

Everyone is kind, knowledgeable, caring, and understanding. I am not an easy case. I have been in chiropractic care since I was 13. I was having headaches, and my mom took me to the dentist and eye doctor, tried everything, and we ended up with the chiropractor. Years later, I learned my hips were uneven, and the S curve in my spine was not there, not scoliosis, but not how it should be. I also have TMD, which is called TMJ. Dr. Benson is treating all this and my new arthritis problems that affected my entire left leg and took the strength from my thigh muscle. My body is writhing in pain. However, he and his team are working to calm the pain and heal my body- the best part is that my insurance covers it.

Dr. Benson is absolutely the best! I took my husband to the ER in severe pain in his lower back. He could not move. They pumped him full of pain medication and sent him on his way, saying they could not help him. I called Dr. Benson's office in the ER and explained the situation. I took my husband straight to his office from the ER; he could not walk, could not sit up, and was lying out in the back seat of my truck. Dr. Benson came to my truck and helped him get out of the truck and into one of the rooms. After working on him for about 45 minutes, he could walk out with the help of crutches, and the next day, he was walking without them! My husband was back at work 4 days later after figuring out he had a pinched nerve and two more visits. I would highly recommend Dr. Benson and his entire staff to anyone looking for a chiropractor who really cares about his patients.

I had a hip replacement last year. I have been limping lately and, quite frankly, feeling crooked and having back spasms. Dr Benson and staff worked wonders the first day with massage, electric stim, and spinal adjustment. The limp was less pronounced, and my back pain was significantly lessened when I left. I know this is a work in progress, but we are on the right path forward.
