JZ Benson, DC

Chiropractor

Dr. Benson earned his degree from Texas Chiropractic College in Pasadena, TX, where he was also a member of the school’s softball team. Even after dislocating his shoulder sliding into third base, chiropractic care quickly got him back in the game. His personal and educational experiences continue to shape the compassionate, results-driven approach he brings to every patient.

When he’s not seeing patients, Dr. Benson leads an active lifestyle focused on health and family. He enjoys working out, running, and challenging himself at the gym. He and his wife, Vicki, take pride in their family legacy, with both sons now practicing chiropractors. In his free time, Dr. Benson enjoys playing with his dogs and traveling, and he hopes to spend more time surfing and golfing.

When I went to Dr. Thigpen, I had been in pain for months. I was thinking that at my age, maybe pain was just part of life. However, Dr. Thigpen had me pain-free within three weeks. He is amazing and the staff is great. Highly recommend
