Why Seek Auto Accident Injury Treatment Right Away?

People find chiropractic treatment to be a way to get pain relief after a car accident. But even if you're not experiencing pain after an accident, there are still reasons why you should seek treatment as soon as possible.

  • Many injuries show delayed symptoms: Absence of pain does not mean absence of injuries or symptoms. In some cases, painful symptoms don't show up until after several days.
  • Untreated damage can become chronic: If you're forcing movement despite mild pain, your condition can get worse.
  • Early chiropractic evaluation prevents long-term complications: Spotting the injuries and misalignments early immediately sets you up for treatment and healing.
  • ER visits may only treat immediate symptoms: Conditions such as whiplash, spine, and soft tissue problems could cause pain later on and require a post-ER chiropractic treatment.

What Our Patients Say

Everyone is kind, knowledgeable, caring, and understanding. I am not an easy case. I have been in chiropractic care since I was 13. I was having headaches, and my mom took me to the dentist and eye doctor, tried everything, and we ended up with the chiropractor. Years later, I learned my hips were uneven, and the s curve in my spine was not there, not scoliosis, but not the way it should be. I also have TMD, which is called TMJ. Dr. Benson is treating all this and my new arthritis problems that affected my entire left leg and took the strength from my thigh muscle. My body is writhing in pain. However, he and his team are working to calm the pain and heal my body- the best part is that my insurance covers it.

Dr. Benson is absolutely the best! I took my husband to the ER in severe pain in his lower back. He could not move. They pumped him full of pain medication and sent him on his way, saying they could not help him. I called Dr. Benson's office while in the ER and explained the situation. I took my husband straight to his office from the ER; he could not walk, could not sit up, and was laid out in the back seat of my truck. Dr. Benson came out to my truck and helped to get him out of the truck and into one of the rooms. After working on him for about 45 minutes, he could walk out with the help of crutches and the next day was walking without them! My husband was back at work 4 days later after figuring out he had a pinched nerve and 2 more visits. I would highly recommend Dr. Benson and his entire staff to anyone that is looking for a chiropractor that really does care about his patients.

I had a hip replacement last year. I have been limping lately and quite frankly feeling crooked and having back spasms. Dr Benson and staff worked wonders the first day with massage, electric stim and spinal adjustment. The limp was less pronounced and my back pain was significantly lessened when I left. I know this is a work in progress but I feel we are on the right path forward.
