JZ Benson, DC

Chiropractor

I worked for a contractor in high school who specialized in remodeling homes and thought I’d follow that career path myself. At the age of 16 I fell 12 feet and landed on a 2×4 severely injuring my spine.

For six months I went from doctor to doctor wearing a corset-like back brace and being heavily medicated. I was told surgery was my only choice but a friend helped me find another solution.

Dr. Zach Benson

Chiropractor

Dr. Zach Benson is a skilled chiropractor who provides chiropractic care to individuals with a variety of musculoskeletal disorders. He has been practicing since 2017 and has a special interest in sports chiropractic and working with patients that are wanting to improve their daily living and get out of pain.

Dr. Benson grew up in Bay City, TX. He began his college baseball career at San Jacinto College and made it to the JUCO World Series both years.

On her spare time she is a licensed cosmetologist, loves thrifting, fishing, and keeping Dr. Benson in check.

A proud graduate of the University in Colombia as a Physical Therapist, she specializes in physical and respiratory rehabilitation, occupational health, and orthopedic recovery, bringing unparalleled expertise to every session.

Certified by the Houston School of Massage, Ruth is a true master of her art. Whether it’s Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, sports, medical, myofascial release, or lymphatic massage, she knows precisely how to tailor her touch for maximum relief. Originally from California, where she studied Nutrition and Diatetics, Michelle moved to Katy in 2016, where she now lives with her husband, two young boys, and their dog. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, baking, and watercolor painting.

Massage Therapist

Jacqueline is a dynamic massage therapist integrally dedicated to helping our clients feel their best! She is currently pursuing a degree in Public Health at the University of Texas at Arlington aiming to bridge the gap between holistic care and community well-being. Beyond massage therapy, Jacqueline finds joy in artistic forms of movement such as yoga and aerial that bring a fluid, intuitive approach to my practice.

Meet Nathan, our Rehab Tech. He has experience as a personal trainer. He finds interest in learning about the human anatomy, physiology and helping people recover in a more natural conservative approach. In his spare time he enjoys working out, watching TV shows, larping, hanging with friends and family.
