Why Timely Neck Pain Treatment Matters

Timely neck pain treatment allows you to return to your normal routines with ease—no more stabbing pains, no more tense muscles. Additionally, with early professional care, you can prevent your neck pain from worsening and avoid experiencing the following:

  • Chronic stiffness
  • Severe headaches
  • Shoulder or arm pain
  • Nerve irritation
  • Limited range of motion

Rest and over-the-counter pain medications may help alleviate the pain, but the underlying cause will still remain. To achieve full recovery, you’ll need professionals to identify the root causes of your neck pain and develop personalized treatment plans.

Common Causes of Neck Pain

Many conditions result in nerve, muscle, and cervical spine pain. It can be challenging to pinpoint exactly when it started, but understanding the potential lifestyle and situations that may contribute to it will help you recognize and prevent it in the future. Some of them are:

Frequently Asked Questions

It depends on the severity and the type of neck condition. In any case, neck pain lasting more than 3 months is considered severe.

It can affect you in small and big ways. It can be annoying being unable to move your head because of the jolting pain, and its persistence can hinder you from doing simple daily activities.

You can consult a professional as soon as possible. If you’ve recently experienced any accident or if the pain lasts longer than three days without improvement, we highly encourage you to come in so we can check the cause and recommend treatments suitable for you.

At our clinic, chiropractic adjustments are our primary treatment procedure for most neck pain conditions. However, depending on what we find during the assessment, we may include additional treatment modalities in your plan to help you achieve a full recovery.

Don’t worry, chiropractic treatments are safe as long as they are performed by professionals. Our licensed and experienced chiropractor provides adjustments with care, ensuring you feel safe and comfortable throughout the process. On the other hand, if you have a spinal condition, we recommend obtaining a clear diagnosis and permission from your primary care physician or a specialist before proceeding with chiropractic care.

Our clinic works with most insurance companies. On the other hand, if you want to ensure that our prescribed treatment plan is covered, we advise you to consult with your provider. You can also coordinate with us for anything you need; we’re happy to help you in any way.
